I have an overflowing passion for teaching people to move well, motivating them to move often, and educating on how to take care of their bodies for the long haul. I’ve been a CrossFit L1 Trainer since 2017 and have a background in physical rehabilitation. I found CrossFit in 2015 and it was exactly what I needed! It gave me that same sense of competition from playing sports, but this time the competition was with myself - always striving to be better and stronger. After college I stuck to running mostly, but felt like something was missing.
